1. How long will my order take to ship? 

Whilst we endeavor to ship your order as soon as we can, it may take up to a week for your order to be dispatched.

2. Will my order take longer if purchased during a sale?

Again, getting your order out to you as quickly as possible is a priority to us, during sale times we experience large volumes of orders which means yours may take up to two weeks to ship.

3. Are your item's handmade here in Australia?

Yes! Our items are all handmade in the studio here in Mandurah, WA.

4. Are your Teething Toys and Dummy Chains safe?

Absolutely! We use only BPA free 100% food grade silicone beads, natural untreated wood, pure cotton fiber and untreated cord. Our items are made in accordance with the relevant Australian safety standard and independently tested in an accredited laboratory. 

5. Will my Dummy Chain / Pram Garland loosen up?

Yes, all of our dummy chains & pram garlands are made to be very tight to begin with as this will allow for natural stretching to occur. Once your item has been used a few times, you should notice it starting to loosen to the perfect tension. 

6. Do you offer a local pick-up option?

Yes, if you are local to Mandurah, please send us a message via the contact page for our local pick up code.
